Yes, our products are all handmade and hand labeled.
What does soy blended mean?
Our soy blended candles are a special blend of paraffin and soy wax.
Are you located in any local and national U.S.A. stores?
We are currently looking to expand our brand into stores and we hopefully be in a few locations by the end of 2012

Which carrier do you use?
We use United States Postal Shipping Priority Mailing. Unfortunately we do not ship retail order outside the
continental United States.
What are your shipping rates?
Our shipping rates are based on weight with a minimum shipping fee of $5.00.
When will I receive my package?
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order.
USPS Priority usually ships within 3-5 business days.
My package arrived damaged,
what do I do?
We try our hardest to ensure your package will be shippied
safely. However, if you receive a damaged product, please
send us an email with your name, city, PayPal invoice number, and which
product was damaged to info@islandtimefragrances.com.
Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Returns, refunds, or replacement of products for reasons other
than damage incurred during shipping cannot be accepted.
