Are your products handmade?
Yes, our products are all handmade and hand labeled.
What does soy blended mean?
Our soy blended candles are made with 49% paraffin wax and
51% soy wax.
What payments do you accept?
We accept all major credits cards and Paypal payments through
our Paypal Account. We do not accept online checks.
Do I have to be a Paypal member
in oder to shop online?
Not at all. Paypal does not require you to be a member, but
they will offer you a membership during checkout.
Are my payments secure?
Your payments are secure according to Paypal standards. PayPal
uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition,
we don't see or receive sensitive financial information like
your credit card or bank account number when you make a purchase.
Which carrier do you use?
We use United States Postal Shipping Priority Mailing. Unfortunately we do not ship outside the
continental United States.
What are your shipping rates?
Our shipping rates are based on weight withing a minimum shipping fee of $5.00.
When will I receive my package?
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order.
USPS Ground usually ships within 3-5 business days.
My package arrived damaged,
what do I do?
We try our hardest to ensure your package will be shippied
safely. However, if you receive a damaged product, please
send us an email with your name, city, PayPal invoice number, and which
product was damaged to info@islandtimefragrances.com.
Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Returns, refunds, or replacement of products for reasons other
than damage incurred during shipping cannot be accepted.

means at sometime you either signed up or agreed to be placed
